It is suitable for use on the BonBiza barbecue or in combination with a 60 cm, 80 cm or 100 cm BonFeu plancha, giving you endless culinary possibilities.

Rotisserie, also known as spit-roasting, is a style of roasting where meat is skewered on a spit – a long, sturdy rod used to hold food as it is cooked over a fire in a fireplace or over a campfire, or roasted in an oven.

The motor is made of plastic, but with a stainless steel plate that prevents the plastic from burning through. When mounted, you easily insert one of the two skewers into the motor, then turn on the motor and slowly rotate the skewer with the food for even heating. Easy to mount to the Rotisserie Set and runs on 3 AA batteries (not included).
