Ingredients
 8 white asparagus
 4 thin slices of dry-cured ham
 arugula
 2 tbsp balsamic velvet vinegar
Preparation

Peel and cut off the stems of the white asparagus.

Steam them for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on size.

Leave the asparagus to cool.

Cut the slices of cured ham into 2. roll the halves of the slices around each asparagus.

Cook on a plancha or barbecue for about 4 minutes on each side.

Serve as a starter or as a side dish with roquiette and a drizzle of balsamic velvet!
