Cut the bread buns exactly through the middle so that both sides are the same size.
Add different spices to season the mince if you don't have Indian mince. Knead everything well with your hands.
Spread a layer of minced meat on each half bread bun with a fork. Make sure the edges are also well covered so they don't burn during baking. It is important that the mince is spread evenly everywhere.
Fire up the plancha and let it get well warm.
Fry the meat side for about 3/4 minutes and the bread buns side for about 1 minute.
