Ingredients
 4 bruschetta bread or baguette
 2 burratas
 1 clove of garlic
 fresh basil
 olive oil extra virgin
 coarse sea salt
 fresh pepper
Preparation

Drizzle the bread buns with olive oil and spread with a clove of garlic.

Bake both sides of the buns for two minutes on the plancha.

Cut the figs into quarters and cook briefly.

Spread the burrata over the warm bruschettas, add some olive oil, pepper and coarse sea salt.

Divide the warm figs on top.

Finally, garnish with a basil leaf.
