Chop an onion and fry in a Dutch Oven on the plancha.
In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the sauce (tomato pulp, tomato puree, bastard sugar, orange juice, Tabasco, curry powder, pepper and salt) and add to the pan with the sautéed onion. Leave to simmer for a while.
Grease the plancha again with olive oil and fry the curry sausages until browned all around.
Cut open the buns, put the curry sausage inside and serve with the sauce. As a topping, you can add extra curry powder and some fried onions.
