Peel the pineapple and cut into quarters. Remove the hard core.
Make a mixture of sugar, lemon juice and the liqueur. Place the pineapple
pineapple segments. Let this marinate for at least 1 hour.
Place the pineapple segments on the hot Bonfeu plate and fry on both sides
for 3 minutes.
Slice the pineapple and serve with a good ball of vanilla ice cream.
