Heat the plancha.
Tear apart the oyster mushrooms, grease the plancha with oil and place the oyster mushrooms scattered on it.
When they are all nicely browned take them off and add the desired amount of rub on top. Mix well and set them aside.
Place the wraps in front of you and cut them in half. You now have 4x quarters.
Place the oyster mushrooms on the quarter on the top right. Fold the empty quarter on top of this.
Now spread the texmex mix on the upper left quarter. Now fold the previously folded corner with oyster mushrooms over this.
Finally, spread some texmex on the last open wrap surface. Fold the wrap over this again.
Grease with a little oil and put them on the plancha. Fry them until nicely crispy brown. Turn them over and fry on the other side.
Serve with dip.
