Attach your salmon silk to the smoking board and place it next to your Bonfeu fire bowl. Make sure it faces the direction of the wind.
Leave it here for 1.5 to 2 hours. Move it if the wind changes direction.
Feel the top to see if it is cooked properly. Rosé is not a problem.
Take it away from the fire and place it on the table with board and all. Drizzle it with Balsamic syrup.
Attack the salmon together while it is still on the plank!
