Ingredients
 8 fresh scallops in shell per person
 80 g room temperature butter
 40 g truffle tapenade
 salt and pepper
Preparation

Pry open and clean the scallops, leaving only the white scallops remain. Rinse the scallops well under cold running water.

Place the scallops on kitchen paper and pat dry.

Mix the butter with the truffle tapenade.

Grill the scallops on the BonFeu for a few minutes on one side until nice and crispy and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place 2 scallops in the shell and top with a slice of truffle butter.
