Pry open and clean the scallops, leaving only the white scallops remain. Rinse the scallops well under cold running water.

Grill the scallops on the BonFeu for a few minutes on one side until nice and crispy and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place 2 scallops in the shell and top with a slice of truffle butter.
