Ingredients
250 g Large raw prawns (peeled, tails intact)
2 cloves Garlic
1 Lemon
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Paprika powder
Parsley
Salt and pepper

Mix the prawns with garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika powder, olive oil, pepper and salt.

Leave to marinate for 5-10 minutes.

Is the plancha hot enough? Add oil, then the prawns.

Fry for approx. 1.5 minutes on each side until they are a nice pink colour.

Serve with parsley and extra lemon if desired.
