Ingredients
 Mini hamburger buns
 500 g of minced meat (beef or a mix of beef and pork)
 Iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
 Onions, sliced into rings
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Slices of cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper to taste.

Form small burgers from the minced meat, matching the size of the mini buns.

Fry the burgers on the plancha or on the grill until cooked through. If desired, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each burger.

Cut the mini buns in half.

Spread a spoonful of cocktail sauce on the bottom of each bun.

Place a meat burger on top of the sauce.

Add a handful of chopped iceberg lettuce on top of the burger.

Place a few onion rings on top of the lettuce.
