Start the fire and get the plancha well heated.
Halve the figs and dip them with the flesh in the sugar. Then place them on the plancha and let them caramelise.
As soon as the side of the flesh is nicely caramelised turn them over and fry them on the peel for a while more.
Divide the yoghurt between 4 plates and spread the figs on top.
Sprinkle some crushed walnuts on top.
Sprinkle some honey on top.
Top with some fresh fruit.
