 Pre-packed Flammkuchen dough
 1 yellow onion
 250 g bacon bits
 Creme fraiche

 Flour

Prepare the pizza oven. Let it reach a temperature of 250 degrees.

Cut the onion into thin slices.

Sprinkle a board with some flour and roll out the Flammkuchen dough on it.

Spread the dough with creme fraiche and top with bacon bits and onion rings.

Make sure the pizza oven is at 250 degrees and place the Flammkuchen in the pizza oven for 3-5 min. Check if the bottom is crispy and take it out of the oven.

Cut the Flammkuchen into even pieces, place on a nice board and it's ready to serve. Bon appetit!
