Ingredients
 250 g flour
 61 tsp salt
 11 g fresh yeast
 125 ml lukewarm water
 300 g cleaned small octopus
 olive oil
 300 g raw shrimps
 300 g cleaned venus clams
 300 g cleaned and debearded mussels
 1 onion in half rings
 4 cloves of garlic
 1 fresh chili pepper
 1 tbsp flat parsley
 300 g cherry tomatoes
 salt
 basil leaves for granish
 homemade pizza crust
Dough preparation

Sift flour with salt into a bowl and make a well.

Mix fresh yeast with water or stir dry yeast into the flour.

Use a wooden spoon to add flour to water and knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes.

Form into a ball, place in a bowl, cover with oiled plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough to 6 cm thickness on a floured countertop.
Place on a baking sheet, press out to 40 cm circle, leaving the edges 2 cm thick.

Pizza preparation

Preheat the pizza oven to 200-220 degrees Celsius.

Cook octopus in salted water, drain.

Blanch shrimp 2-3 minutes, peel them and remove the intestine.

Heat oil in a pan, fry onion, garlic and chili pepper.

Add fish and seafood, season with salt and pepper, stir in parsley.

Roll out pizza dough, cover with tomatoes and drizzle with oil.

Bake the bottom for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.

Add the filling and bake for another 5 minutes.

Cut into pieces, garnish with basil and enjoy!
