Ingredients
250 g flour
75 tsp salt
11 g fresh yeast
125 ml lukewarm water
300 g cleaned small octopus
olive oil
300 g raw shrimps
300 g cleaned venus clams
300 g cleaned and debearded mussels
1 onion in half rings
4 cloves of garlic
1 fresh chili pepper
1 tbsp flat parsley
300 g cherry tomatoes
salt
basil leaves for granish

Dough preparation
1Sift flour with salt into a bowl and make a well.
2Mix fresh yeast with water or stir dry yeast into the flour.
3Use a wooden spoon to add flour to water and knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes.
4Form into a ball, place in a bowl, cover with oiled plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour.
5Roll out the dough to 6 cm thickness on a floured countertop.
6Place on a baking sheet, press out to 40 cm circle, leaving the edges 2 cm thick.
Pizza preparation
7Preheat the pizza oven to 200-220 degrees Celsius.
8Cook octopus in salted water, drain.
9Blanch shrimp 2-3 minutes, peel them and remove the intestine.
10Heat oil in a pan, fry onion, garlic and chili pepper.
11Add fish and seafood, season with salt and pepper, stir in parsley.
12Roll out pizza dough, cover with tomatoes and drizzle with oil.
13Bake the bottom for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
14Add the filling and bake for another 5 minutes.
15Cut into pieces, garnish with basil and enjoy!
