Ingredients
 1 ball of pizza dough (ready-made or homemade)
 150 ml tomato sauce (preferably homemade or good quality ready-made)
 200 g mozzarella (sliced or grated)
 2 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced or diced
 1 tbsp olive oil
 Fresh basil leaves (optional)
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Flour or flour for rolling out the dough
Preparation

Preheat the BonFeu pizza oven to 300°C (20-30 min).

Sprinkle flour on your work surface and thinly roll out the dough.

Place the dough on a pizza scoop dusted with flour.

Brush the dough with tomato sauce, leaving 1 cm from the edge.

Top with mozzarella and tomato pieces.

Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Slide the pizza into the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.

Turn halfway through if necessary.

Remove pizza from oven, garnish with basil, slice and serve.
