Preheat the Bonfeu pizza oven to about 200°C.
Roll out the sheet of puff pastry on a clean, lightly floured surface. Trim if necessary so that you get a rectangular shape.
Spread the chocolate spread evenly over the puff pastry, but leave about 1 centimetre on the edges.
Carefully roll up the puff pastry, starting from the long side so that you get a tight roll.
Cut the rolled puff pastry roll into slices about 1.5-2 centimetres thick.
Place the slices of puff pastry with chocolate spread on the pizza stone.
Brush the top of the puff pastry rolls with the beaten egg to give them a nice golden colour during baking.
Bake the rolled puff pastry rolls for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are nicely risen and golden brown.
Remove the puff pastry rolls from the pizza oven and let them cool slightly on a wire rack.
Sprinkle the rolled puff pastry bites with some icing sugar, if desired, for an extra festive touch.
